MISSION

The mission of the Minnesota Partnership to Improve End of Life Care is to raise the standard end of life care.

The Partnership will engage, educate and sustain interest in end of life issues in the general public, the state government, the healthcare industry and related professional fields.

The Minnesota Partnership to Improve End of Life Care is grant-funded through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. There are three main objectives:

  • Commission on End of Life Care
  • Education of students, public and professionals
  • Health insurance reimbursement for advance care planning
